To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use testask for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Specifically, you agree not to:

Create discriminatory or biased recruitment tasks
Use the service to collect sensitive personal information inappropriately
Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our AI systems
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users

5. Intellectual Property

The testask platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by testask and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using our platform, but grant us a license to use it to provide and improve our services.

6. Subscription and Billing

Some features of testask require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment provider. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions, handling billing, taxes, and compliance on our behalf.

7. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with testask. Our refund policy is as follows:

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
