testask provides an AI-powered platform for creating recruitment assessment tasks. Our service includes:
- AI-generated recruitment tasks based on your brand and role requirements
- Candidate response collection and management
- AI-powered analysis and scoring of candidate responses
- Team collaboration features for hiring decisions
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use testask for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Create discriminatory or biased recruitment tasks
- Use the service to collect sensitive personal information inappropriately
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our AI systems
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
5. Intellectual Property
The testask platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by testask and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using our platform, but grant us a license to use it to provide and improve our services.
6. Subscription and Billing
Some features of testask require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment provider. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions, handling billing, taxes, and compliance on our behalf.
7. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with testask. Our refund policy is as follows:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.
- How to Request: To request a refund, contact our support team at testask.info@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
- Exceptions: Refunds may not be available for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service or have been terminated for abuse.

8. Limitation of Liability
testask and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of testask after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
